UK Pension Seeks Green Real Assets

The UK’s Environment Agency Pension Fund (EPAF) is seeking expressions of interest from asset managers investing in real assets such as sustainable property and forestry, with a goal of raising its “green” economy investments to 25% from the current 13%. As part of the mandate, the EPAF hopes to allocate $144M to sustainable property, $112M to infrastructure and $56M to farmland and forestry, respectively.
