Seattle-based Powerit Solutions raised $5.5M to develop a cloud platform and expand its “Spara EMS” product for industrial automation and smart-grid infrastructure. The investment was led by existing investor Black Coral Capital with four institutional investors participating. The third-phasefunding includes $3M raised in April and $2.5M that closed in late November.
