Goldman Sachs has led a new round of funding for Fresh Water Group, a Chinese water purification service provider already backed by SAIF Partners and Ares Management. The proceeds will fund the development of a new manufacturing facility in Xi’an, Shaanxi province. The factory is expected to triple Fresh Water’s existing production capacity.
